All incoming 6th grade students and all students new to Lowrey in the 7th and 8th grade must turn in a physical.  If you do not have the form, you may pick one up in the student office.  Students who are participating in competitive sports must also have a physical completed for the year.  Your child’s coach will give you the necessary information.

Information about immunization can be picked up in the student office.  This will include what immunizations are required and the clinics that you can go to.

Free/Reduced Lunch Applications

Your child will bring home an application for the free/reduced lunch program.  This application must be filled out (one per family) every year.  The due date is Friday, September 16 (if you have qualified in previous years).  Please have your child turn it in to the student office as soon as possible.
