Lowrey Middle School has won 3rd place in the Detroit Zoological Society(DZS)’s GREEN SOLUTION Contest!
Lowrey students in Mr. Lohaus’s science classes created a proposal for developing a solution for the wood chips entering the sewer system and the DZS wants to support it because they feel equally as passionate about storm drains! The Detroit Zoological Society 3rd place prize is $400 which will help support the students to put their proposal in action!
