A free Summer Health Fair is set for this Friday, July 25, at Hemlock Park in Dearborn, offering a wide range of health services, giveaways, and resources for the community.
The event, organized by State Representative Alabas Farhat, will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and feature more than 20 local health care providers. Attendees can take advantage of free health screenings, blood pressure checks, and basic first aid.
In addition to on-site services, visitors will have access to helpful take-home materials covering Medicare support, oral health tips, safety information, and substance use prevention.
Free hygiene kits, tote bags, toothbrushes, and other items will be handed out, along with snacks and refreshments.
The event is open to the public. Hemlock Park is located at 13355 Hemlock Ave. in Dearborn.
