Lowrey students and teachers in grades K through 8 participated in a program called Hats for Hunger in November. We exceeded our goal to collect $1300 by donating $1 each to wear a hat in school that day. The result was a contribution that fed 25 families for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Congratulations to our generous students.
Our next project is a canned food drive. Please consider sending 4 cans of vegetables or other non-perishable foods with your student this week.
