Lowrey had rain garden work done on Saturday, September 7.
This project was supported by the Amity Foundation and Friends of the Rouge. In addition , many family and former Lowrey students from Fordson High School and the University of Michigan-Dearborn joined our school to plant on that day. The goal of this initiative is to promote practical environmental awareness and stewardship among our elementary students, making learning both visible and authentic through hands-on efforts like this.
