Thank you parents for attending our first grade spring concert today. A special thank you to Ms. Pegouske for putting together an amazing performance. The students were adorable and truly shined on stage!

Congratulations to all teachers from around our district who were nominated for the  2018 Alberta Muirhead Teacher of the Year Students’ Choice Award, sponsored by the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce. Congratulations to all the Lowrey teachers nominated!  

Lowrey Students continue to provide a lending hand to those in need. This time we are filling up all the blue donation boxes around our school! Stop by and join us in this noble cause!  

6th Grader Fatima Haidar ran the 5K Martian Marathon with our gym teacher Mrs. Bazzi on April 14th! Mrs. Bazzi described how she was amazed by how strong Fatima did despite the horrible weather. Fatima and Mrs. Bazzi finished in under 30 minutes and Fatima even ran ahead of Mrs. Bazzi towards the end and beat her…

    Congratulations to our school and community! Based on our efforts here at Lowrey, we have earned Green School status! The activities, lessons, and field trips with in our school community have been recognized by Wayne County as qualifying acts of reducing our carbon footprints 🙂    

Congrats to the 7th grade vocal music students!  They received a 1st Division Rating at the Michigan School Vocal Music Association Choral Festival!  1st Division is the highest of the four divisions. This is a HUGE accomplishment for our students! The assessment is a very rigorous rubric. They are now eligible to attend the STATE…
